ShortlistKiya is free to start. Your library, pipeline, Gmail import, reminders and the CV score are free for everyone. The AI features — evaluations, tailored CVs, cover letters, CV rebuilds, interview packs and follow-up drafts — come with free first-use credits, then a plan.

An "AI action" is one evaluation, tailored CV, cover letter, CV rebuild, interview pack, follow-up draft, Career Story draft or gap search. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st of each month and don't carry over.
Student verification. Before buying Student, upload your student ID card or a fee receipt for this academic year in Settings. We check it, usually within a day, and delete the document straight after; only the result is kept. Verification lasts one year.
Upgrading. Student or Infra-only members can upgrade to Pro at any time; Pro runs for 12 months from the day you pay. Renewal opens 30 days before your plan ends.
Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. There is no automatic renewal at launch: we'll remind you before your plan ends.
Your data stays yours on every plan, including Free — nothing is deleted if a plan ends; AI features simply pause until you renew.
